What are the different league tiers?

We have five league tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. New players start in Bronze and can advance by earning points through match victories. Each tier has different prize pools and competition levels. Diamond tier features our most elite players and largest prize pools.
How do prize payouts work?

Prize payouts are processed within 7 business days after tournament completion. You can choose to receive payments via PayPal, bank transfer, or as platform credits. All prizes above €500 require identity verification for security purposes. Taxes may apply based on your jurisdiction.
Can I stream my matches?

Yes! We encourage streaming and content creation. You can stream your matches on any platform. We even have a creator program that offers additional benefits for active streamers. Just make sure to follow our streaming guidelines and community standards.
What happens if I encounter a cheater?

We have zero tolerance for cheating. If you suspect someone is cheating, use the in-game report function or file a detailed report through our support system. Our anti-cheat team reviews all reports within 24 hours. Confirmed cheaters face permanent bans and forfeit all prizes.
