Participation

By entering tournaments, you acknowledge that:

  • You will comply with tournament rules and schedules
  • Prizes are subject to verification and tax obligations
  • We may broadcast or record your gameplay

Prize Distribution

Prize payments are processed within 7-14 business days after tournament completion, subject to identity verification and compliance checks.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on Social Game Vault, including logos, graphics, and software, is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

Social Game Vault shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the past 12 months.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at our discretion for violations of these Terms or for any other reason. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Amsterdam, Netherlands.
